<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a dynamic microphone unit capable of improving yield while suppressing occurrence of a defective product. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a dynamic microphone unit includes a step for bonding a voice coil 9 to a diaphragm 8, a step for arranging a ring yoke 5 to a jig 12 to which a tubular spacer 11 made from thin plate is provided, a step for applying an adhesive to a peripheral part of the ring yoke 5 that is arranged, a step in which the voice coil 9 is inserted in the inner peripheral side of the spacer 11 and a vibration part 10 is placed on the ring yoke 5 under such condition as the adhesive is not cured, a step in which the adhesive is cured so that the vibration part 10 is fixed to the ring yoke 5, and a step in which the ring yoke 5 to which the vibration part 10 is fixed is taken out of the jig and is built in a magnetic circuit 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
