<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a plasma display panel which is improved in panel strength. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a plasma display panel includes: a process of manufacturing a front panel; a process of manufacturing a back panel on which barrier ribs to demarcate discharge cells are arranged; a process of oppositely disposing the front panel and the back panel and sealing together the peripheries thereof with sealing members; and an exhaust process of exhausting the inside of the discharge cells. Coupling members are arranged at the barrier ribs, and a sealing temperature T0 in the sealing process, a yield point T1 of the coupling members, a yield point T2 of the sealing members, and a temperature T3 at which decompression in the discharge cells is stated have relationships of T0-T1≥30°C, T1<T2<T0, and T1<T3≤T0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
