The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a jump start device. Said motor vehicle comprises an internal combustion engine with a starter (8), at least two vehicle electrical sub-systems (1, 2) coupled together by means of an electric coupling element (3), and each vehicle electrical sub-system is equipped with at least one rechargeable electric energy accumulator (5, 9). Said motor vehicle also comprises a jump start supporting point (12). Said jump start device is characterised in that it comprises a multi-step jump start switch (14a, 14b), the vehicle electrical sub-systems and the jump start supporting point being galvanically separated when adjusting a first switching step of the jump start switch and the vehicle electrical sub-systems and the jump start supporting point are galvanically connected when adjusting a second switching step of the jump start switch. |
