<p>A liquid container comprises: a container main body including an inlet at a head thereof and a neck having an external thread portion on an outer circumferential surface thereof; and a cap including an internal thread portion on an inner surface of a circumferential wall thereof for engagement with the external thread portion, wherein the liquid container is characterized in that: the cap is provided with a protrusion insertable into the inlet for closing the inlet and an engagement part located under the inner surface of the circumferential wall; the container main body includes a first lock part so that the engagement part can make contact with and run over the first lock part when the cap is put on the container main body and is rotated, and a second lock part making contact with the engagement part for preventing the cap from being further rotated in a tightening direction after the engagement part runs over the first lock part; and the second lock part is positioned such that the inlet can be liquid-tightly closed by the protrusion when the engagement part is brought into contact with the second lock part.</p> |
