<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus having a function of eliminating an attachment sticking to an observation window of an imaging apparatus retained and fixed in the body to observe a site to be examined, and suppressing deterioration in eliminating performance. <P>SOLUTION: The medical apparatus 1 introduced into the body includes: an imaging means disposed in outer parts 2a, 2b, 3 to image the interior of the body through the observation window 3a; a fixing means for fixing the outer parts 2a, 2b, 3 to the body wall; an attachment eliminating means 4 turnably disposed at the outer parts 2a, 2b, 3 and including a wiping means for eliminating the attachment sticking to the observation window 3a; a driving means for driving to turn the attachment eliminating means 4; and a performance maintaining means 60 disposed in a region outside the observation window 3a to suppress a fall in stain removing performance of the attachment eliminating means 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
