<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method of the thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell of this invention includes multiple cells positioned on a substrate (110). Each cell includes: a first electrode (120) positioned on one surface of the substrate; at least one photoelectric conversion part (130) positioned on the first electrode; a rear surface reflection layer (140) including a first reflection film (141) contacting with the photoelectric conversion part, an opening (143a) exposing a part of a region of the first reflection film, and a second reflection film (143) contacting with the first reflection film, and a second electrode (150) positioned on the rear surface reflection layer and connecting with the first reflection film through the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
