<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a common tangent to be drawn between an elevated part existing between an origin and a peak value and an elevated part corresponding to the peak value, by utilizing a waveform conversion based on a proportional value of time from the origin. <P>SOLUTION: A transient recovery voltage measuring apparatus includes: a storage unit 20 to store a transient recovery voltage waveform consisting of multiple waves; a waveform conversion unit 12 to convert the transient recovery voltage waveform based on a proportional value of time from an origin; a peak determination unit 13 to determine two points having the maximum values which are the same on a converted waveform; an adjustment unit 122 to adjust a proportional constant at the waveform conversion unit 12 until the two points having the same maximum values are determined by the peak determination unit 13; a contact point detection unit 14 to obtain two points on the transient recovery voltage waveform corresponding to the two points determined by the peak determination unit 13; and a tangent generation unit 15 to generate a first tangent passing through the detected two points on the transient recovery voltage waveform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
