<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying speed control system that stops a strip in a position for connecting non-defective parts by controlling a conveying speed of the strip even when there are a plurality of defective portion identification labels attached to the strip wound like a roll. <P>SOLUTION: The system controls the conveying speed in unwinding the strip wound like a roll and has defective portion identification labels from the roll and conveying it. The conveying speed control system includes a means for unwinding the strip with the defective portion identification labels from the roll and conveying it, a means for detecting a nearby outer periphery part which is located on the outer side in a radial direction of the roll than a position of a defective portion identification label, a mechanism vertically moving the means for detecting the outer periphery part of the roll, a means for decelerating conveyance of the strip with the defective portion identification labels after detecting the outer periphery part of the roll, and a means for stopping the conveyance of the strip after deceleration control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
