摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature co-fired ceramic substrate structure suitable for formation of an antenna element and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a low-temperature co-fired ceramic substrate structure 1, a plurality of sheet layers S1-S8 having conductor layers C1-C8 provided in dielectric layers I1-I8 are stacked and burnt. A ground electrode 2 is formed in the conductor layer C8 of the sheet layer S8 positioned on a back side 1a.
