The invention relates to a device (1) for guiding at least one cable (3) for use in a medical-technical dosing device (100) which has at least one moveable section (300). Said device is characterised in that the device (1) is coupled to the at least one moveable section (300) of the dosing device (100) such that it can be guided with said section or is provided such that it can form a connection therewith. The invention also relates to a dosing device, to a treatment device, a method for detecting the position and to a method for allowing or for carrying out position detection.
