METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COMP INFORMATION INTERACTION, SWITCH AND COMP TRANSMISSION RECOVERY

A method and system for Coordinated Multi-point (CoMP) information interaction, switch and COMP transmission recovery are provided by the present invention. A primary cell of User Equipment (UE) in CoMP mode informs each cooperating cell of the CoMP information maintained in the primary cell; each cooperating cell stores the received CoMP information; and when the information of the UE or the CoMP cell changes, the primary cell will inform the cooperating cells. By the present invention, when the UE at the edge of the cell and in the CoMP mode loses contact with the primary cell, the UE can rapidly recovery the contact with Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN), and can rapidly enters the CoMP transmission state via the stored CoMP information; in addition, when the UE at the edge of the cell and in the CoMP mode switches in the CoMP cell set, E-UTRAN can rapidly switch, fully guarantying the service continuity.
