PURPOSE: A silica plastic sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance abrasion resistance and ink absorbance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silica plastic sheets comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing plastic resin, silica powder and process oil at a weight ratio of 1:3:4; extruding the mixture in a molten resin state by heating the mixture; manufacturing the mixture in a sheet form by putting the extruded mixture into T-die(50); manufacturing a sheet by passing the mixture through two rollers; and desiccating the sheet by eliminating the process oil by passing the sheet through a process oil remover(70).
