PURPOSE: A belt locking tongue and a set belt having the same is provided to easily fix webbing while each component is simply inserted into inner and outer sides of an opening of the tongue body. CONSTITUTION: A belt locking tongue comprises a tongue plate(100), a tongue body(200), a hinge shaft(300), a hinge bar(400), and a spring(500). A buckle coupling hole(110) is formed in a leading end of the tongue plate, and a webbing insertion hole(120) is formed. The tongue body comprises a slot hole(210), in which the webbing is inserted and an opening(220) connected to the slot hole. Both ends of the hinge shaft are respectively inserted into a slide hole(221), and a cross section of the hinge shaft is a trapezoid shape. The hinge bar is fitted into the opening of the tongue body in order that the hinge shaft is inserted into an axial hole(410). One side of the hinge bar contacts with an outer surface of the webbing, and the hinge bar slides along the opening. The spring is installed in the tongue body, and makes the hinge bar return to the original position.
