<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a dental implant and an insertion tool. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly has the implant including non-rotation surfaces (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) in a non-rotation means and an insertion tool including torque transmitting surfaces (11a', 11a"; 11b', 11b"; 11c', 11c"; 11d', 11d") in a non-rotation means. One of the non-rotation means forms a concave part 6 and the other of the non-rotation means forms a bolt 10. The non-rotation surfaces (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) and the torque transmitting surfaces (11a', 11a"; 11b', 11b"; 11c', 11c"; 11d', 11d") relatively rotates to each other in the first torque transmitting position while the bolt 10 is arranged in the concave part 6, and the non-rotation surfaces and the torque transmitting surfaces maximally contact each other in the second torque transmitting position.
