<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make proposals associated with arrangement of or control of energy conversion equipment to real or virtual local facilities utilizing feedback information from a user. <P>SOLUTION: A management proposal system 1 for energy conversion equipment includes a plurality of local facilities 3 equipped with energy conversion equipment 13 which converts a state of energy, and a remote proposal center 2 which is connected to the plurality of local facilities and makes proposals associated with operation and conversion of the energy conversion equipment to the plurality of local facilities. The local facilities include a proposal information reception part 14, a controller 15 which controls the operation of the energy conversion equipment based upon proposal information, a feedback information generation part 16 which generates feedback information based upon the result of the operation of the energy conversion equipment, and a feedback information transmission part 17.
