PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration noise control apparatus that improves canceling sound performance.

SOLUTION: An ANC (active noise control) apparatus 12 using so-called adaptive control predicts rear road wheel noise canceling sounds CSr by correcting a front road wheel reference signal Sb or a rear road wheel reference signal Sbd1 with a corrective filter 76, based on different characteristics of a front road wheel suspension 14a and a rear road wheel suspension 14b.
