<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent laminated moisture-proof film in which moisture-proof properties and inter-layer strength do not decrease even after the laminated moisture-proof film is exposed to a high temperature condition. <P>SOLUTION: This laminated moisture-proof film includes: an inorganic thin film layer on a base material; and a plastic film on the inorganic thin film layer via a polyurethane-based adhesive satisfying conditions (1) and (2). (1)-0.1≤E21≤+0.5. (2)-0.3≤E23≤+0.3. In the expression, E21 denotes (E2-E1)/E2, and E23 denotes (E2-E3)/E2. E1 represents tensile storage elastic modulus at 150°C, a frequency of 10 Hz, and strain of 0.1%, and E2 represents tensile storage elastic modulus at 150°C, a frequency of 10 Hz and strain of 0.1% after the heat treatment of 150°C for 30 minutes. E3 represents tensile storage elastic modulus at 150°C, a frequency of 10 Hz and strain of 0.1%, after the heat treatment of 150°C for 30 minutes and a pressure cooker test (conditions: 120°C, 32 hours) in accordance with JIS C 60068-2-66. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
