<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a conversion rate for converting a negotiable value into game medium number information, in a game apparatus including a ball enclosed type game machine circulatingly using game balls enclosed in the game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The game apparatus includes the ball enclosed type game machine that controls, according to a shooting operation of a player, a shooting device to shoot a game ball supplied at a shooting position towards a game area, collects the game ball having passed the game area, and resupplies the game ball at the shooting position to circulatingly use the game ball.
