<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoist up device and a hanging balance hoisting up a hung load using a pair of wires coupled to both the sides of the hanging balance capable of hoisting without breaking down the balance of a hung load even though difference occurs in hoisting speeds in each of wires. <P>SOLUTION: The hoist up device has equalizer brackets 16, 17 in both sides in the longitudinal direction of a hanging balance 10, each of wires 8a, 8b is engaged with one side of each of the equalizer brackets 16, 17, a coupling rod 18 extending between the brackets 16, 17 is engaged with the other side of each of the equalizer brackets 16, 17, rotational moment generated in each of the equalizer brackets 16, 17 around turning axes 16b, 17b are canceled each other via the coupling rod 18 when hoisting up the hung load, and here winding speed difference is absorbed by each of the equalizer brackets 16, 17 rotating when the winding speed difference is generated in each of wires 8a, 8b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
