<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which collision noise or vibration noise caused by turning operation of a turning operation member can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes a turning operation member 5 which is assembled to a cover 20, a holder 13 having a hold portion 13a which is turned integrally with the turning operation member 5 and of which both the sides in a turning direction are open, a torsion spring 9 which has a coil portion 9a fitted into a boss 20a of the cover 20 and a pair of distal end portions 9b and 9c extending from the coil portion 9a and being hooked so as to hold the hold portion 13a therebetween in a turning direction of the holder 13 and returns the turning operation member 5 to an initial position, a positioning unit 20b which is provided in the exterior cover 20 at a position held between the distal end portions 9b and 9c and positions the turning operation member 5, and an elastic member 10 which is fitted into the hold portion 13a and held between the distal end portions 9b and 9c to be elastically deformed when the turning operation member 5 is positioned at the initial position.
