摘要 <p>Rotation driving plates (20) which are each produced from a material such as rubber and in each of which fins (22) are obliquely attached onto the outer surface of a ring-shaped substrate (21) such that the rotation torque in the same direction as a rotation direction after landing received by fins located in the lower portion of a tire is larger than the rotation torque in the direction opposite to the rotation direction after landing received by fins located in the upper portion of the tire are prepared in advance. The rotation driving plates (20) are bonded onto the outer surfaces of the tires, respectively, using a rubber-based adhesive. The drawn-out wheels of an airplane are rotationally driven in the same direction as the rotation direction after landing by the rotation driving plates using an air stream caused by a flight before landing to thereby reduce or eliminate the change of the number of rotations of the wheels at the time of landing, thereby preventing wear and damage of the tires at the time of landing, or reducing or preventing adhesion of the residues of the tires onto the surface of a runway.</p>
