The subject of the present invention is a pre-grinding mill or pre-disintegrator, essentially consisting of at least one drive assembly (1) comprising a hydraulic or electric drive motor (2) and a reducer, and of at least one disintegration element (4) connected to the reducer, and mounted on a chassis (5), a wall, a feed chute, or some other support. The pre-grinding mill or pre-disintegrator is characterized in that the reducer of the drive assembly (1) of this pre-grinding mill or pre-disintegrator forms an attachment and support element for at least one disintegration element (4) and consists of a fixed part (3') fixed directly to the chassis (5) of the pre-grinding mill or pre-disintegrator or to a support or a wall of the latter, and of a moving part (3''), the disintegration element (4) being fixed to the moving part (3'') of this reducer and being guided and held on the chassis (5), directly by the reducer of the drive assembly (1) which performs the functions of supporting and guiding the rotation of the disintegration element (4). The invention is more specifically applicable to the field of the processing of materials of all origins, particularly by disintegration using crushers or hammer mills or the like.
