The embodiments of the present invention relate to a method, device and communication apparatus for adjusting channel quality parameter values. The method includes: obtaining a channel quality parameter value; determining, according to a one-to-one correspondence between the channel quality parameter value and an adjustment parameter, the adjustment parameter corresponding to the channel quality parameter value; and adjusting the channel quality parameter value by using the adjustment parameter. The embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem in the prior art, that fixed adjustment parameters are set for all of the channel quality parameter values, thus improving transmission efficiency and the throughput of an air interface.
