The holder (1) has handle portions (22, 22') for opening and closing clamping legs (2, 2'), and connectors (23, 23') for connection of the clamping legs in a common pivot point (X). A resetting element (25) e.g. resetting spring, enables recovery of the clamping legs. Clamping portions (21, 21') include a comb-shaped teethed gripper with teeth, and an engagement shaft is formed between the teeth. The teeth have bending radius, so that a receiving opening is formed between the clamping portions, where the receiving opening has a circular/oval-shaped cross-section.
