VALVE SYSTEM

A valve system for use in an inflatable bladder having two opposing layers and a bladder interior disposed between the two layers, the valve system includes (i) an aperture disposed at a position on one layer for filling and deflating the bladder interior, and (ii) a valve closure member placed within the interior of the bladder and configured to form a seal around a periphery of the aperture when the valve system is actuated by releasably securing together the two layers at about the position.
