RFID TAG AND RFID READER, AND METHOD FOR TRACKING LOCATION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An RFID tag, an RFID reader, and a position tracking method using the same are provided to reduce the size and weight of the RFID tag by not performing a self-position calculation process. CONSTITUTION: A GPS receiver receives a GPS satellite signal from a plurality of satellites(300a,300b,300c,300d). An RFID reader(200) calculates the reception time information of each GPS satellite signal. The position of an RFID tag(100a,100b) is calculated by using each GPS satellite signal. A baseband signal processing unit generates a transmission frame. The transmission frame includes the reception time information and an identifier of the RFID tag. A transmission unit transmits a transmission frame.
