PURPOSE: A coordinate converting method based on a computer aided design mode is provided to continuously perform a survey after a surveyor directly corrects error coordinate information rapidly and simply in a civil engineering site. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate converting method based on a computer aided design mode is as follows. When a coordinate converting menu is selected while a measuring point and a sector are marked on a cad drawing, a coordinate converting information input window enabling to input error coordinate information and reference measurement point information is output(200). When the error coordinate information and the reference measurement point are input through the coordinate converting information input window, the error coordinate information of the measuring point and the sector are converted into standard coordinate information based on the reference measurement point(300). The measuring point and the sector according to the converted standard coordinate information are output on the cad drawing(400).
