METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING CANCER RELATED PROTEIN DOMAINS

PURPOSE: A method for identifying cancer related protein domain is provided to detect cancer related protein domains at low costs and to supply efficient information. CONSTITUTION: A cancer related protein interaction network is constructed. The cancer related protein interaction network is converted into a cancer related disease protein network. A cancer related disease protein is detected from the cancer related protein interaction network and the cancer related disease protein network. A common domain of the detected cancer related disease protein is analyzed. A core domain of the cancer related disease protein is selected based on the analyzed common domain analysis result.
