PURPOSE: A duct flow control apparatus having a temperature compensation function is provided to make pleasant environment by reducing the temperature differences between compartments and platforms or toilets because warm or cold air in the compartments of railway vehicles is properly discharged through an air flow control plate. CONSTITUTION: A duct flow control apparatus having a temperature compensation function comprises a branch duct(210), an air flow control plate(220), and a connection duct(230). The branch duct has a partition wall to separately guide the flow of cooling air or heating air. The air flow control plate is coupled to one end of the separating wall and a control handle is formed in the side surface of the air flow control plate so that the amount of the cooling air or the heating air can be controlled. The connection duct is formed in one side of the branch duct to accommodate the air flow control plate. A slot for moving the control handle is formed in the side surface of the connection duct.
