PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to alternatively form different dopant doping regions on a back side of a solar cell substrate by shortening thermal process times through a dopant paste double coating method. CONSTITUTION: A substrate of a silicon material is prepared(S100). A first conductive dopant paste is spread on a surface of the substrate(S110). A second conductive dopant paste is spread on the first conductivity dopant paste(S120). A thermal process is performed to inject the first conductive dopant and the second conductive dopant into the substrate and diffuse(S130). The first conductive dopant paste and the second conductive dopant paste, which are spread on a bottom surface of the substrate, are removed(S140). An electrode is formed on a first conductive dopant paste region and a second conductive dopant paste region of the substrate(S150). |
