A hair resiliency and body improver comprising as the active ingredient thereof one or more types of compounds selected from the group consisting of 2-aminothiazole derivatives represented by the following general formula (1) or 3-aminoisoxazole derivatives represented by the following general formula (2), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof:
