ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE ANALYSIS METHOD USING TURBIDITY

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing antibiotic resistance using turbidity is provided to save analysis time and to obtain result of high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing antibiotic resistance using turbidity to trace fecal non-point pollutant source comprises: a step of filtering and pre-treating a fecal sample(1100); a step of culturing the sample and diluting with a culture media to form a stock solution(1200,1300); a step of mixing antibiotics and liquid to the stock solution and culturing an indicator microorganism(1400); and a step of identifying life or death of the indicator microorganism(1500). The culture media is an Enterococcosel broth.
