PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the nitrile rubbers is provided to reduce mold contamination by increasing curing rate and using a fatty acid emulsifier and a sulfonate based emulsifier at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the nitrile rubbers comprises the following step: adding 1.3-2. 5 parts by weight of C14-18 aliphatic organic acid, 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of sulfonate based emulsifier based on 100.0 parts by weight of the monomers which consist of the nitrile rubber. The C14-18 aliphatic organic acid is one or more selected from a group consisting of lauric acid, myristic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and eicosanoic acid. The nitrile rubber is a random copolymer of vinyl cyan compound and conjugated diene based compound.
