<p>The insert 500 is formed from a resilient material and adapted to incorporate one or more reflectors, the insert including a top portion 570 which can be depressed by contact with passing vehicles and one or more wiper blades for wiping said one or more reflectors when the top portion of the insert is depressed. The insert is provided with a cavity for collecting rainwater and tubing 701C,701D for conveying the rainwater from said cavity for use by the one or more wiper blades in wiping the one or more reflectors. The insert is preferably formed as a one-piece moulding with the tubing being formed separately. There are preferably multiple tubes which each pass through holes 702C,702D formed in the one-piece moulding to deliver water onto one or more reflectors. An impermeable skirt 800 may be provided below the insert to enhance the pumping action of water through the tubes.</p> |
