<p>A method for processing stuffed-meat food products, comprising the steps of arranging within a processing chamber (1) at least one stuffed-meat food product (2) to be processed, creating an at least partial vacuum in the processing chamber (1) and subjecting, simultaneously with the creation of the vacuum, the stuffed-meat food product (2) to a superficial massaging action, in order to allow the escape of air from the stuffed-meat food product (2).</p> |
