PURPOSE: A mail schedule sending system and a method thereof are provided to send an offline mail of a client at a date matched with receiving schedule date data that the client requests, thereby reminding the client of records of the client and a specific place. CONSTITUTION: A mail receiving client(100) collects data inputted by manipulation of a client to generate mail receiving information. The mail receiving client transmits the generated mail receiving information to a mail managing server(200) which is connected through an information communication network. The mail managing server stores and manages the mail receiving information in a mail receiving DB. The mail managing server outputs a mail receiving result included in the mail receiving information. The mail managing server outputs a list of contact number data based on receiving schedule data. |
