Tetrazole substituted anthranilic acid amide compounds (I) are new. Tetrazole substituted anthranilic acid amide compounds of formula (I), are new. R1 : methyl or Cl; R2 : halo, cyano, methyl or 1-4C-alkylsulfonyl; R3 : 1-6C-alkyl, 1-6C-alkoxy, 2-6C-alkenyl, 2-6C-alkynyl, 3-12C-cycloalkyl, 3-12C-cycloalkyl-1-6C-alkyl (all optionally one or more times substituted with halo, amino, cyano, nitro, hydroxy, 1-6C-alkyl, 3-6C-cycloalkyl, 1-4C-alkoxy, 1-4C-haloalkoxy, 1-4C-alkylthio, 2-6C-alkoxycarbonyl, 2-6C-alkylcarbonyl or 3-6C-cycloalkylamino), H or 5- or 6-membered heteroatom ring; n : 1-4; X : N, CH, CF, CCl or CBr; R4 : H, cyano, halo(1-6C)alkyl, halo or halo(1-4C)alkoxy; R5 : H or 1-6C-alkyl; and Q : mono-substituted tetrazole groups comprising 5-heptafluoropropyl-2H-tetrazole-, 5-trifluoromethyl-2H-tetrazole-, 5-tert-butyl-2H-tetrazole-, 5-cyclopropyl-2H-tetrazole-, 5-pentafluoroethyl-2H-tetrazole-, 5-trifluoromethyl-1H-tetrazole-, 5-pentafluoroethyl-1H-tetrazole-, 5-difluoromethyl-1H-tetrazole-, 5-(1,2,2,2-tetrafluoro-1-trifluoromethyl-ethyl)-1H-tetrazole-, 5-(1,2,2,2-tetrafluoro-1-trifluoromethyl-ethyl)-2H-tetrazole- or 5-difluoromethyl-2H-tetrazole-groups, where the substituent comprises 1-6C-alkyl, halo(1-6C)alkyl or 3-6C-cycloalkyl. Independent claims are included for composition comprising (I) and at least one ammonium- or phosphonium-salt of formula (((R13-D1 +>(R10)(R11)-R12) m)(R14(m-))) (XI) or at least one penetration enhancer comprising alkoxy compounds of formula (R-O-(AO) v-R11) (XII). D1 : N or P; R10-R13 : H, optionally substituted 1-8C-alkyl or one or more times unsaturated, optionally substituted 1-8C-alkylene, where the substituent comprises halo, nitro or cyano; m : 1-4; R14 : inorganic or organic anion; R : linear or branched 4-20C-alkyl; R11 : H, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, n-pentyl or n-hexyl; AO : ethylene oxide, propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide; and v : 2-30.
