PURPOSE: A digital content searching device and a method thereof are provided to use data generated about used content as content search data and to increase the accuracy of search. CONSTITUTION: A database(110) offers user generating text data about content. A semantic data indexing unit(130) extracts one or more semantic description from the user generating text data. The semantic data indexing unit matches content information corresponding to the user generating text data. The semantic data indexing unit generates the semantic data index. The user generating text data is included by semantic description.
