CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating inflammatory diseases contains a conjugate of polyethylene imine and dexamethasone. The composition contains anti-inflammatory gene DNA. The composition enhances gene delivery efficiency and anti-inflammation ability. The inflammatory disease is acute lung injury.
