PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to maintain ventilation directions and ventilation angles different from each other in a cooling-and-heating state because each shielding member is pivoted along first or second direction by being interlocked through first and second driving units. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a body(100), a shielding plate(101), a first shaft unit(103), a second shaft unit(104), a first pivoting unit, a first gear(107), a driving unit, a second pivoting unit(106), and a second gear(108). The shielding member is mounted in an opening of the body to be moved. Each one end of the first and second shaft units is mounted in the body to be moved and each the other end of the first and second shaft units is mounted in the fixing plate to be moved. The first and second shaft units are respectively connected closely to the shielding plate. The first and second pivoting units are penetrated through and installed in the fixing plate to be pivoted. The driving unit is mounted in the body while being closely connected to the first pivoting unit and the first gear. The elastic unit is supported between the first driving unit and the first pivoting unit. An elastic unit is supported between the driving unit and the first gear. The second gear is joined to the first gear by being engaged while being closely connected to the second pivoting unit.
