PURPOSE: A producing method of fusion kimchi taco is provided to use kimchi salsa, kimchi sauce, or kimchi powder to obtain the kimchi taco, and to enable users to easily eat the taco. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fusion kimchi taco comprises the following step: cutting Chinese cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, or mustard leaf kimchi into 3-10mm, and separating liquid; cutting tomato, bell pepper, paprika, unripe pepper, cucumber, zucchini, oriental melon, watermelon, carrot, onion, garlic, potato, and sweet potato into 3-10mm; inserting the cut vegetables into the separated kimchi liquid, and adding a salsa seasoning into the mixture to obtain kimchi salsa; and inserting the kimchi salsa into a U-shaped corn snack or thin soft bread with meat, cheese, beans, or rice.
