PURPOSE: An inspection apparatus for a printed circuit board is provided to improve the reliability and efficiency by effectively performing processes such as a loading and unloading inspection of the printed circuit board and a selection between defective products and good products. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) has an X-axis direction, an Y-axis direction and a Z-axis direction. A tray distacker(20) is installed on a tray loading station(S2) of the frame. The tray distacker includes a magazine(22) including a plurality of first trays(30a) and a lifting unit(24) lifting the magazine. A first tray feeder(40) is installed on the front surface of the frame for getting near the tray distacker. The first tray feeder is composed of a linear actuator(42) and a gripper(44).
