PURPOSE: A food waste disposer is provided to minimize grinding resistance of the food waste by applying a turn-table for crushing, thereby preventing deformation or damages of the turn-table. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposer comprises housing, a driving motor, and a turn-table for crushing(30). The housing opens the top, and the food waste is put into the housing. The housing has a vent at one side so that the crushed food waste can be exhausted. The driving motor is installed inside the housing. The turn-table for crushing is connected to the driving motor and crushes the food wasted while being connected revolved. The turn-table for crushing includes a plurality of blades(31). The blade is projected to upper side having a slope. The blade is composed of first blades(31a) and second blades(31b). The first blade and the second blade are arranged along a circumference of the turn-table for crushing by turns.
