PURPOSE: A skin cosmetic composition containing mud extract is provided to ensure antibacterial and antifungal functions and to maintain moisturization. CONSTITUTION: A skin cosmetic composition with enhanced antibacterial property contains 0.1-50 wt% of mud extract, 10 wt% of antibacterial functional liquid medicine, 0.001-3 wt% of PEG60-hydrogenated castor oil, 1-3 wt% of arbutin, 0.001-2.5 wt% of adenosine, 10-40 wt% of ethanol, and remaining amount of purified water.
