PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition for UV protection is provided to enhance SPF(sun protection factor) and dispersion stability and to be applied to various cosmetic product regardless of a formulation. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing phospholipid pre-dispersion composition comprises a step of mixing an UV protecting agent, phospholipid, fatty acid containing C14-22 alkyl group, and fatty alcohol of C12-22 to prepare a mixture; and a step of passing the mixture through an in-line mixer. A UV protecting agent is octyl methoxy cinnamate, isoamyl-p-methoxy cinnamate, glyceryl PABA, drometrizole, octyl salicylate, octocrylene, butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane, oxybenzone, cinoxate, octyl triazone, octyl diemthyl PABA, bis-ethyl hexyloxy phenolmethoxyphenyl triazine, diethyl amino hydroxybenzoyl hexylbenzoate, mentylanthranylate, 3,4-methyl benzylidene camphor, anthranylate or benzophenol organic blocking agent, titanium dioxide of zinc oxide inorganic blocking agent; or a mixture thereof.
