PURPOSE: A moisture eliminating apparatus is provided to effectively eliminate bad odor and non-eliminated oil in the air by implementing a fine filtering operation. CONSTITUTION: A moisture eliminating apparatus includes a vortex generating part(10), an air tank(20), a joint(30), and a drain(40). Foreign materials are separated from feed air by rubbing the feed air with vortex. An air discharging pipe(50) is fastened with the vortex generating part. A diffusing plate(51) is arranged at the end part of the air discharging pipe in order to rub the feed air with the inner wall of the air tank. An air discharging hole(53) is connected from an air groove(52) to the air discharging pipe. Air without the foreign materials passes through a filter(60) to be discharged through the air discharging pipe.
