PURPOSE: A guide light is provided to maintain safety by easily letting a third party know the location or range of a user. CONSTITUTION: A laser diode(11) emits an amplified light. A first sensor(13) outputs a first sensing signal by sensing an obstacle. The first sensor can be formed into a position awareness sensor or an ultrasonic sensor. A processor(15) controls the cycle of the light radiated from the laser diode in response to the first sensing signal. A first power source supply part(17) supplies a necessary power source for driving a guide light(10). The first power source supply part can be charged from a computer, a battery charger, or a power supply device. The first power source supply part supplies power using a capacitor. A second electric power supply apparatus(19) supplies a power source to a stabilizer instead of the first power source supply part.
