PURPOSE: A vertical solar collector and a wind power generator are provided to effectively utilize wind by a wind path formed by a reflection plate, and to maximize the effect of collecting solar heat as the reflection plate moves along the sun. CONSTITUTION: A vertical solar collector and a wind power generator comprise a wind power generator(20) and a heat collecting generator(30). The wind power generator comprises a base plate(3), a driving unit, a reflection plate(10), a housing(15), and a power generator. The driving unit is installed inside the base plate. The reflection plate into a semicircle form is vertically installed to the driving unit. The housing comprises a switch cover(12). The heat collecting generator comprises a vacuum pipe, a hollow pipe, and the power generator. The hollow pipe is fixed to the inside of the vacuum pipe, and moves water to the top. The power generator is mounted to an upper part of the vacuum pipe.
