PURPOSE: A compressor and an air suspension apparatus using the same are provided to actively cool a brush rising the temperatures by forming an air suction path, in which gas cools a coil after cooling a brush in a motor housing and flows into an inlet. CONSTITUTION: A compressor comprises a brush motor(2), a motor housing(8), a reciprocating compressor body(9), and an air suction path(26). The brush motor has a coil(4) and a brush(7). The motor housing accommodates the brush motor. In the reciprocating compressor body, a piston(15) reciprocates in a cylinder(11) while a crank(13) is rotated by the brush motor and the gas sucking from an inlet(12A) is discharged from an outlet(12B) in a compressed state. The air suction path guides that the gas cools the coil after cooling the brush in the motor housing and flows into the inlet.
