PURPOSE: A light emitting device including a wavelength conversion layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the color deviation according to a view angle by additionally forming a second wavelength conversion layer on a first wavelength conversion layer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor stacked structure(30) is formed on a substrate(21) and includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(25), an active layer(27) and a second conductive semiconductor layer(29). A first wavelength conversion layer(31) is formed to cover the upper part of the semiconductor stacked structure. A second wavelength conversion layer(33) is formed on the first wavelength conversion layer. The second wavelength conversion layer has a narrower width than the first wavelength conversion layer.
